Fabrication: Production facilities constitute 30,000 sq. ft. of constructed space workshop and 30 staff members, an additional skilled labour force of 90 carpenters, 55 painters, 20 welders and an electrical team of 6 members.

The wood, metal, and acrylic fabrication unit has two CNC Routers, Panel Saw, Glue Spreader, Cold Press, Moulding Machine, Through Feed Edge Bender, Curvy Linear Edge Bender, Post Forming Machine, Multi Boring Double Head, Shearing and Bending Machine, Power Press, all kinds of welding, drilling and cutting machines, the Powder Coating Unit and a Paint Shop. A 110KV Cummins power generator to ensure continuous productivity. The complete infrastructure is managed and supervised by two mechanical engineers and one interior designer.

Digital Printing: HP Designerjet 5500, Roland RS640, Mutoh 1604 – Eco Solvent, XL Jet Lamination Machine, and Jaguar Sign Pal II Plotter Cutting Machine. Whether it's flex, vinyl, canvas, satin cloth, translite, one-way vision film or any other substrate, the digital print results are amazing.

Screen Printing: Our specialty is four colour halftone printing on all kinds of media on Thieme and Umrao flat bed machines.

Offset Printing: We are one of the largest vendors in Western India for LD foam banners.

Designing: 3D visualization and development is done by our sister company Dandy Designs, which is headed by a Creative Head, assisted by three 3D designers, four Graphics Designers, one Visualiser, and one Interior Designer. We have all Licensed Software to serve our clients. Our strength is in adaptation of fixtures in customised sizes as per store requirements & brand guide lines.
